About Stackpole Estate - National Trust

    Accessibility Overview

Sitting on the Pembrokeshire coastline, Stackpole consists of several different sites, featuring visitor reception points, holiday cottages, bunk houses, a tearoom, picnic areas, exhibition room, quay, ponds, woodland, beach, and countryside hike/trail routes.

There are multiple car parks available throughout the area, with designated bays for Blue Badge holders found in car parks at Stackpole Quay, Stackpole Court, Broad Haven South, and Bosherston Lily Ponds.

The sites offer toilet facilities with adaptations for disabled people which can be found in the Stackpole Centre, next to the café at Stackpole Quay, next to the exhibition room at Stackpole Court, near to the Visitor Reception at Broad Haven South, and near to the Visitor Reception at Bosherston Lily Ponds.

The exhibition room and picnic area at Stackpole Court, and the Picnic area at Stackpole Centre, all have step-free level access into and throughout. Other points of interest are accessed via ramps/slopes or steps.

Main routes around the sites have ramps/slopes and uneven natural surfaces, so a tramper and a beach wheelchair can be borrowed from the Stackpole Centre. The National Trust recommends booking these items in advance.
