Sitting in the Troutbeck Valley in Cumbria, Townend features a farmhouse with historic library and gardens. 

There is car parking on site, with designated bays for Blue Badge holders.

The property offers toilet facilities with adaptations for disabled people, which can be found in the garden. 

Access to points of interest throughout the site is via ramps/slopes or steps.

Routes around the property have ramps/slopes and uneven surfaces. Mobility equipment/scooters are not available to borrow or hire.
