  • By Road View
    • The Long Term Conditions Centre is situated in the centre of Harold Wood. The site is located on St Clements Avenue and can be accessed via Gubbins Lane from the A12.
    • Blue Badge and standard parking for staff and visitors is located at the front of the building.
  • By Bus View
    • The nearest bus stop is Harold Wood (Stop A). It is located on Gubbins Lane and is approximately 600m from Long Term Conditions Centre. The 256, 294, 347, 646, 656 and the TFL Rail Service stop here.
  • By Train View
    • The nearest station to the hospital is Harold Wood. The site is 0.5 mile (4 min drive) from the train station via Station Road, Gubbins Lane and St Clements Avenue.
