By Road

- Take the M6 to Junction 10.
At junction 10, take the A454 exit to Walsall/Wolverhampton (C&E).
At the roundabout, take the third exit on to Black Country Route/A454.
Continue straight on to Black Country Route/A463.
At the roundabout, take the second exit and stay on Black Country Route/A463.
At the roundabout, take the third exit and stay on Black Country Route/A463.
At the roundabout, take the fourth exit on to Oxford St/A41.
Go straight over the roundabout.
Turn right on to Proud's Lane and the destination will be on the right. - There is a free car park for patients on Mountford Lane, to the rear of the centre.
