Getting Here

  • By Road View
    • Exit the M58 at junction 5 and follow the signs for the A577 towards Skelmersdale.
      At the next roundabout, take the first exit to the left then almost immediately take the slip road off the dual carriageway.
      Follow the road that it joins, going straight across the first roundabout before taking the third exit off the next roundabout onto Clay Brow Road.
      Keep following the road along and after a short while the health centre will be on the right.
    • There is free open-air parking at the health centre, including a small number of Blue Badge bays. These are available on a first come first served basis.
  • By Bus View
    • The nearest bus stops are approximately 350 metres away on Digmoor Road and can only be accessed via a series of steps.
      There are direct services to Skelmersdale, Wigan and Southport.
  • By Train View
    • The nearest train station is Upholland is approximately 1.3 miles from the health centre.
      The station provides direct services to Blackburn, Rochdale, Manchester Victoria, Wigan and Kirkby.
