- There is step-free level access at the entrance.
- There is a single manual gate at this entrance.
- The gate opens away from you.
- The width of the opening is 115cm.
- The gate has a low visual contrast.
- There is step-free level access as you enter.
- The pathway after the gate is uneven in places.

- There is step-free access via a very easy ramp at the entrance.
- There is a bell at a height of 103cm.
- There is a single automatic door at this entrance.
- The door opens by sliding.
- The width of the opening is 97cm.
- There is a small lip on the threshold of the opening.
- The door has a high visual contrast.
- At the time of the survey the automatic function for this door was non-operational and the door had to be opened manually.

- All of the external lift controls are at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
