By Road
View
- Retford Hospital is situated in the North West of the town, on the A638 (North Road). The hospital is about a mile from Retford town centre on the main road towards Bawtry. The hospital is accessible from the A1 from the south via the junction for the A57 (Worksop) and A614. Take the B6420 (Mansfield Road), turn right onto Babworth Road, follow the road onto Hospital Road, and turn left at the roundabout onto the A638 (North Road). The hospital can be accessed from the North on the A1 via the town of Blyth. Take the B6045 (Bawtry Road) into Blyth, turn left onto the A634 (Retford Road) following the road onto the A638 (Great North Road). This road becomes North Road on the outskirts of Retford and will lead you direct to the hospital. There is a one way system around the site.
- There are 4 car parks around the site. The main hospital car parks are the Red car park located to the left of the main building, the Blue car park located to the right of the main building, and a small car park in front of the building. The Yellow car park is used for the adjacent Primary Care Centre, and has not been surveyed for this guide. There are additional staff car parks located throughout the site.

- The nearest station is Retford Railway Station. The no. 60 bus will take you to the hospital from the station.
