    From the M1, take junction 26 onto the A610 towards Nottingham.
    Continue along the A610 for 2.5 miles to Western Boulevard.
    Turn left onto Western Boulevard.
    Continue along Western Boulevard for 0.6 miles and continue ahead onto Valley Road.
    Continue along Valley Road for 1.3 miles and exit the roundabout onto Edwards Lane.
    Continue along Edwards Lane for approximately 600m and turn left onto the A60.
    Take the first right onto Elmswood Gardens.
    The car park entrance is located on the left after approximately 143m.
  • There is limited parking available in front and to the left of the building, including Blue Badge bays.

• By Bus View
  • The nearest bus stop is Magnus Road on the A60.
    The bus stop is served by buses 56, 57, 57X Lime Line, 58, 59, N58, Sherwood Arrow, Pronto, and the Calverton.
    From the bus stop head southwards downhill for approximately 60m and use the pedestrian crossing to cross over Edwards Lane.
    After the first crossing point, bear left and use the pedestrian crossing to cross over the A60.
    Turn left and head northwards uphill for approximately 29m to Elmswood Gardens.
    Turn right onto Elmswood Gardens.
    After approximately 80m cross Mansfield Street and continue along Elmswood Gardens.
    The health centre is located on the left after approximately 50m.
    There is no designated crossing point along Elmswood Gardens.
• By Train View
  • The nearest station is Nottingham, 3.2 miles from the health centre.
    From the station take the tram towards Phoenix Park to Royal Centre.
    Head southwards for approximately 25m and turn left onto Upper Parliament Street.
    After approximately 78m cross Sherwood Street at the pedestrian crossing and head southwards back towards Upper Parliament Street.
    After approximately 40m turn left onto Upper Parliament Street.
    Parliament Street Stop P2 is approximately 80m ahead.
    Take the number 58 bus towards Killisick to Magnus Road bus stop.
• By Tram View

    From the tram stop walk eastwards on Gladstone Street to Sherwood Rise.
