Getting Here

  • By Road View
    • The Ironstone Centre is located in Scunthorpe town centre.
      From M180 take junction 3 on to the M181 and continue to the roundabout.
      At the roundabout, take the third exit on to the A18 and over the first roundabout.
      Take the second exit on to Doncaster Road, signposted Town Centre.
      Continue along Doncaster Road for approximately 1.1 miles.
      At Britannia Corner take the left hand lane and proceed straight ahead at the traffic lights on to High Street.
      Continue along High Street for approximately 170 metres and turn left onto Allanby Street.
      The Ironstone Centre is on the left after approximately 70 metres.
    • There is no on-site parking.
      There is a public car park next to the centre, on West Street.
  • By Bus View
    • The nearest bus stops are on Frodingham Road.
      The southbound bus stop is the Porter Street bus stop, and is served by busses 4, 60, 350 Humber Fastcat, and 601.
      The northbound bus stop is the Parkinson Avenue bus stop, and is served by buses 4, 60, 350 Humber Fastcat, 360, and 601.
      From the southbound bus stop continue south along Frodingham Road for approximately 58 metres and turn left on to West Street.
      From the northbound bus stop continue north along Frodingham Road and cross Parkinson Avenue. Use the pedestrian crossing to cross Frodingham Road and proceed onto West Street. Continue along West Street for approximately 108 metres and use the zebra crossing to cross over West Street.
      The Ironstone Centre is immediately ahead.
  • By Train View
    • The nearest railway station is Scunthorpe, approximately 0.5 miles from the centre.
      From the station turn right onto Station Road and take the first left onto Laneham Street.
      Continue along Laneham Street for approximately 472 metres.
      At the end of the street use the zebra crossing to cross High Street and turn right.
      Continue along High Street for approximately 27 metres and take the first left onto Allanby Street.
      The Ironstone Centre is on the left after approximately 75 metres.
      Alternatively, taxis are available from the station.
