Introduction

• There are two parts to Lower Green Health Centre which are accessed separately. .
• There is Lower Green Health Centre which is accessed from the car park and Tettenhall Medical Practice which is accessed from Lower Street.
• Access to the Tettenhall Medical Practice entrance from the car park requires you to use the external pavement around Aldersley Road and Lower Street.
• There is no internal access between the two areas.

• By Road View
  • Lower Green Health Centre is located off Lower Green in Tettenhall to the North West of Wolverhampton. The post Code for the Sat-Nav is WV6 9LL. Lower Street can be accessed from the A41 (Tettenhall Road) which runs off the central Wolverhampton ring road (A4150).
  • The car park is accessed from Aldersley Road. It is a free to use, open air car park with two Blue Badge parking bays.

  • There are two bus stops on either side of Lower Green close to the Tettenhall Medical Practice entrance. The bus stop on the near side is for buses towards Compton and the one on the far side for those towards Wolverhampton. Both bus stops are for 62 and 62A buses.
