Getting To The Hospital

By Road
View
- The hospital is situated on the East side of Cromer Town Centre. Follow Norwich Road out of Cromer and take Cromwell Road on the left. Continue straight over the first mini roundabout and then take the second exit on the second mini roundabout on to Mill Road, the hospital is located on your left.
- The car park is located to the hospital site and is open air, with a tarmac surface.

By Bus
View
- There is a bus stop at the front of the Hospital site on Mill Lane. The services provided there are 1, 5, 33, 44A, X44, Coastal hopper CH2 and CH3.
- There is not an onsite bus stop.

By Train
View
- The nearest Train Station is Cromer which it is a 5 minute taxi journey to the Hospital. The services are run by Abellio Greater Anglia.

Getting Help and Assistance
- There is not a Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) at the hospital.
- The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is located in Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, West Outpatients next to the Outpatients Reception.

- There are volunteers available for help and assistance at the hospital.
- Volunteers can be found at the entrances of the Hospital and throughout the building.
- Documents are available in an alternative format and can be provided to include: Braille on request, large print on request, Makaton on request, different languages on request, voice recognition CD on request and audio on request.
- There is not an assistance dog toilet or toileting area on the hospital site.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available.
- BSL interpreters cannot be provided on request.
- Language interpreters can be provided on request.
- A mobility scooter charging point is not available at the hospital.
- Mobility aids are available to help patients move around and include; wheelchairs, walking frames, hoist slings, adjustable beds and crutches.
