Getting To (Acute Stroke Unit)

  • The Acute Stroke Unit is located on level 2 of the Podium Building.
  • The Acute Stroke Unit is approximately 5m from the Podium East lifts.
  • From the Zone 1 - Main Visitor Car Park, cross the road via the pedestrian crossing.
    The crossing has dropped kerbs and tactile paving on both sides.
    Take a slight left after the crossing to the entrance.
    There are bollards on the approach, after the crossing.

  • Access to the Acute Stroke Unit is via the Main Entrance - Side Entrance.
  • Enter via Main Entrance - Side Entrance and turn left at the reception desk, entering the Podium Building.
    Continue up the slight ramp and proceed to the end of this corridor, then turn right.
    Follow this corridor to the two way junction and turn left.
    Proceed to the very end of this corridor and the Podium East Lifts are located on the right.
    Take a lift to Level 2.
    Exit the lift and the entrance to the Acute Stroke Unit is located on the left.
