Introduction

  • Services/facilities within the Main Entrance include a Info Zone, Directions & Enquiries Desk,GP Out of Hours Desk,Wards, Cafe,Shop and Clinics.
  • The Info Zone is situated in the main foyer of the Hospital. It is a multi-media information resource area where patients and visitors can find information relating to health (such as medical conditions, diagnostic tests, treatments, self-help or support groups) or to local and national services (such as transport or benefits).
  • The room is equipped with computers, displaying links to high-quality sources of information, as well as a range of leaflets and reference materials. Users may browse the resources to find the information they need, or ask for help from information staff or volunteers. Internet access is also available for patients and visitors.

Getting Help and Assistance
