Route Summary

  • Once past the Building 19 parking, you will come to another pedestrian crossing. This crossing does not have a dropped kerb or tactile paving on either side.
  • Continue across the crossing and turn right onto the next pedestrian walkway.
  • Follow this pedestrian walkway around Building 5. This pedestrian walkway is on a steep slope towards the road.
  • You will then come to a path. Carry on along this path until you come to the next pedestrian crossing on the right.
  • Proceed across this pedestrian crossing. This pedestrian crossing has dropped kerbs with no tactile paving on both sides.

Building 3 to the Sudborough House Children's Services Reception

  • Once across, continue along the pedestrian walkway straight ahead. This walkway is on a steep slope towards the road. It also has bollards on the left that are 158cm wide.
  • At the end of this walkway there is a dropped kerb with no tactile paving.
  • Take the pedestrian crossing that is on the left. This crossing has dropped kerbs with tactile paving on both sides.
  • Follow the path to the right and continue as it bends round. This path is on a steep slope and has a dropped kerb with tactile paving at the end.
  • Proceed ahead across the entrance to the staff parking area. There is another dropped kerb with tactile paving on the other side.
  • Carry on along the path which is slightly sloped and at the end, turn left.
  • Proceed down the steeply sloped path and the entrance to the Sudborough House Children's Services is located on the right.
  • The entrance to the Sudborough House Children's Services has a very easy slope in front and the door opens automatically towards you.
  • As you enter the Sudborough House Children's Services the reception is located to the left.

Entrance (Sudborough House Children's Services Entrance)

  • This entrance is located at the front of the Sudborough House Children's Services building.
  • The approach to the entrance has uneven surfaces.
  • The entrance area is clearly signed.
