- The Belmore Court and Motel has two buildings.
The motel houses all of the standard rooms onsite and is dog friendly.
The Belmore Court has superior and executive rooms and allows assistance dogs only. - There are 60 bedrooms in total.
- There are 4 bedrooms with adaptations.
- There is step-free level access to some of the bedrooms with adaptations.
- Some of the bedrooms with adaptations have adjoining rooms.
- All bedrooms with adaptations have an ensuite with a wheel-in shower.
- Dogs are welcomed at this venue.
- The Belmore Court and Motel has two buildings.

Getting In and Around

- There is step-free level access throughout, this may include the use of a lift.

- The Belmore court ground floor, first floor, second and third floors can be accessed via a standard lift and stairs.
- The following facilities are available: a water bowl for assistance dogs, mobility scooter charging facilities, vibrating pillows, a seat/chair, a designated safe space, shower chairs, a hearing assistance system and a deaf alert system.
- The venue can provide braille documents and large print documents.
- Staff receive the following training: Disability Awareness.

Reception (Belmore Court)
- The reception is located to the right as you enter the Belmore Court.

- There is background noise in this area.

Lift (Belmore Court)

- The journey time to this lift from the main entrance is approximately less then two minutes.
- The most accessible route to the lift has step-free level access.
- The ground, first, second and third are accessed by this lift.
- All of the external lift controls are at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
- The lift door opening width is 90cm.
- All of the internal lift controls are at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
- Internally the lift has: a mirror to aid reversing, a visual floor indicator, an audible announcer and a list of floor services/facilities.
Stairs (Belmore Court)
- The stairs surveyed are located to the rear of the building.
- The ground, first, second and third floors can be accessed by these stairs.
- There are 20 steps between floors which are clearly marked and have handrails on both sides.
