Access Guide
Introduction (Route Information)
- The route is from the NTU Clifton Campus (Stop CL97) on College Drive, past Benenson - "The Point", via the main plaza to the Pavilion Building main reception at the north of the campus.
The approximate distance is 180m and should take approximately 4 to 5 minutes.
There are easy slopes and ramps on the route.
Surface materials include concrete slab paving, stone tiles and block paving.
The route is within a pedestrian only zone within the campus. - The NTU Clifton Campus Bus Stop, Stop CL97, is served by the Bus route Go2 Uni 4 that links the University City and Clifton Campuses.

Bus Stop to Plaza Crossing
- This section is approximately 45m.
- With your back to the bus stop, turn left to follow the path down toward the NTSU building (Benenson - "The Point") (photographs 1 to 2).
- The paving is grey concrete blocks, uneven in places, and with a slight slope down toward the building.
- At the building the path turns right at a metal post with a campus map (photograph 3).
- There is a band of concrete slabs across the path, before the path continues (photograph 4).
- Continue along the path past the entry to the Benenson Building - "The Point".
- The path is level, but the grey block paving has an unsymmetrical mottled pattern which some may find visually confusing (photograph 5).
- The path is uneven in places but is level.
- To the right there is some bench seating and low concrete blocks that delineate the edge of the path (photograph 6).
- Continue to the end of the Benenson Building to the corner where there is a crossing of paths at the start of the plaza area (photograph 7).
- The Students Union Shop and Office are seen to the left (photograph 8).
- Continue straight ahead.
Plaza Crossing to Pavilion Reception
- This section is approximately 130m long.
- Continue straight ahead, keeping to the right of the plaza with the trees on your left and a low brick wall and hedge on your right (photographs 1 to 3).
- The path has a very easy slope up for approximately 40m.
- At the end of the brick wall carry straight on up the ramp to the front of the building (photographs 4 to 5).
- The ramp is an easy slope.
- Continue along the terrace at the front of the building (photographs 6 to 7).
- The path is level.
- On the left there are a line of white pillars supporting a canopy.
- At various points there are terrace tables and chairs on the right (photograph 8) and stools on the left (photograph 9).
- After approximately 50m you will arrive at the main entrance to the right (photographs 10 to 11).
- The accessible entrance is to the right, with two pairs of automatic doors and rotating manual doors to the left.
- The reception is to the rear left of the building (photograph 12).
- The main entrance with revolving door is to the left in a yellow porch.
- Turn right to enter the building.
- The Pavilion Reception is diagonally opposite to the left rear of the entrance lobby.
