About Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust

Welcome to our AccessAble online access guides for Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust.

Enabling all our patients, carers and other visitors to access our Trust sites and buildings with confidence is really important to us.  We are therefore really proud to be working in partnership with AccessAble, who have produced accessibility guides for 15 of the core Trust sites from which we deliver services to our patients and service users.  Our aim is to provide people with a disability or other access needs, with the guidance, clarity and reassurance they need to plan their visit effectively to our Trust buildings.

The accessibility guides are incredibly detailed, taking into account many different types of access needs, and will hopefully provide all the information you need to get to the site for your appointment or visit, and to find your way around once you are there. You can use the guides to work out where to park and the best route from the car park to the particular department/ward you need to get to.  Each department, ward or service also has its own accessibility guide so you can find out all the key information you need to know for the particular area you will be visiting, including for example where the nearest accessible toilet is.

We hope that these guides will enable you to prepare and be able to access our buildings with confidence.

If you scroll down this page you can see clickable buttons which will take you to the accessibility guides we have created for each of our Trust sites.  Once you have clicked on the site you need to get to, you will then be able to find the accessibility guide for the specific department, ward or service that you are looking for.

We look forward to welcoming you to our sites.
