    • The ticket counter surveyed is located to the right from the entrance.
    • There is step-free level access to the counter.
    • The height of the counter is 77cm.
    • There is not a lowered section at the counter.
    • There is a clearly signed fixed hearing assistance system.
    • There is a cloakroom to the right of the box office. The height of the counter in the cloakroom is 77cm.

Eating and Drinking (Concert Hall Café and Bar)

  • Location and Service View
    • The Concert Hall Café and Bar is located to the right, then right again from the main entrance.
    • The most accessible route has step-free level access.
    • This area has a bar where food and drink can be ordered, a bar where drinks can be ordered and colleagues who can provide assistance with ordering.
    • Menus are wall-mounted and available on a board.
    • The following are available: drinking straws and takeaway cups.
    • There is not a hearing assistance system.

    • The payment counter was surveyed.
    • The counter is located to the front of the bar.
    • There is step-free level access to the counter.
    • The height of the counter is 113cm.
    • There is a lowered section at the counter, however it is not at a suitable height for a wheelchair user .

Toilet with Adaptations (Ground Floor - Transfer Both Sides)

    • The most accessible route to the toilet has step-free level access.
    • There is step-free level access into the facility.
    • There is pictorial signage on or near the door.
    • The door opens outwards.
    • The width of the door opening is 86cm.
    • The door has a twist lock.

    • There is lateral transfer space on both sides of the toilet .

Designated Seating (Gannochy Trust Auditorium - Stalls)
