- There is no step free access to the station.

Turn Left on Exiting Mile End Tube Station
- Turn left up Mile End Road and continue forward for approximately 28m.
- The surface of the road is block paving.
- There is a bus stop to your right on exiting the station that serves routes 25, 205, N205.
Cross Eric Street
- Cross Eric Street.
- There are tactile drop kerbs on either side of the road.
- The surface of the road is tarmac.
Continue Along Mile End Road to Burdett Road
- Continue along Mile End road for approximately 50m.
- The surface of the road is block paving with the occasional manhole.
- There is tactile paving and a drop kerb to cross Mile End Road along the way.
Cross Burdett Road at Pedestrian Crossing
- The pedestrian crossing and the central island in the middle of the road have tactile drop kerbs on either side.
- The controls for the traffic lights are at a height of 104cm.
Continue Up Mile End Road
- Keep going up Mile End Road for approximately 125m.
- Once on this side of the road you will find a tree in the middle of the pavement. The area to the left on the tree is concrete. The area to the right is tactile block paving with a drop kerb at a crossing to cross Mile End Road.
- The surface of the road is uneven block paving with a slight gradient to the road.
Regents Canal Bus Stop
- The bus stop is covered and has seating.
- The bus stop serves routes 25, 205, 339 and N205.
- To access the bus stop you must cross the cycle path. To assist with this there is tactile paving on either side and the cycle path is raised.
Continue Along Mile End Road
- Continue along Mile End Road for approximately 260m.
- The surface of the road is block paving with the occasional manhole cover.
- There is an uphill gradient as you approach and head over the Regents Street Canal.
- Once you have crossed over the Regents Street Canal the gradient is downhill.
Queen Mary, University of London Bus Stop
- There is a bus stop located here that is covered and has seating.
- You need to cross over the cycle path to reach the bus stop.
- There is tactile paving on either side of a road pathway.
Cross Service Road
- There is a service road just after the bus stop.
- There is tactile paving on either side of the road.
- The surface of the road is tarmac.
- After crossing the road there is a brief area of the block paving with the occasional manhole cover before you reach the pedestrian crossing.
Cross Mile End Road at Pedestrian Crossing
- There are tactile drop kerbs on either side of the road as well as on the island at the centre of the road.
- The road is tarmac.
- The controls for the traffic lights are at a height of 104cm.
Continue Forward to the Queens' Building
- Continue forward through the passageway in front of you.
- The surface of the pavement is block paving.
- There is a slight uphill and then downhill gradient.
- Keep going for approximately 28m. The Queens' Building will be on your left.
- It will be necessary to cross a small area of tarmac road to access the accessible entrance of the building.
