- Bus 46 (Lancaster Gate Station to St Bartholomew's Hospital) stops directly outside the Pathology and Museum Block.

- Farringdon and City Thameslink stations, on the Thameslink Line, are both close to this campus. However, all of the London Terminal stations are within reach of the campus using public transport.

- The nearest tube stations are Barbican and Farringdon on the Hammersmith and City, Metropolitan and Circle lines, and St Paul's and Chancery Lane on the Central line.
