Designated Seating Area(s) (Accessible Platforms A, B, C, D)
- This information is for the designated seating area located off the concourse in Blocks A, B, C and D.

Arena
- There is step free access to the arena floor seating.

- Please note that seating plans may vary depending on events/performances taking place.
- Assistance dogs are welcomed at the arena, however it is advised that they are not brought to concerts or other loud events.
- If visitors require an assistance dog, please call the designated booking line to arrange seating requirements.
- Please note that assistance dogs will only be allowed within certain seating areas within the arena bowl.
- Fixed induction loop systems are operational in selected areas within the arena.
- Selected areas include the box office and various food counters.
- There is an/are assistive listening device(s) available.
- The assistive listening device(s) can be obtained from a member of staff.
- The assistive listening device(s) are usable in all areas of the arena.
- The assistive listening device(s) can be hired, free of charge.
