- Orders are placed at the tills at the centre of the counter and collected from the right or left hand side of the counter. Orders are called out when ready.
- Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.

- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- The type of food served here is hot and cold snacks.
- Takeaway cups are available.
