- McDonald's is located to the centre left of the services building as you enter via the car park entrance.
- There is step-free access to McDonald's.

Service and Menus

- There is a food and drink ordering touchscreen, a counter where food and drink can be ordered and full table service available via online app.
- Orders are placed via the McDonald's app, using the touchscreens, or at the left hand counter.
Order progress is displayed on a screen above the right hand counter.
The order number is called out when it is ready and collected from the right hand counter. - Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; online menus and picture wall menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is fast food.
- Takeaway cups are available.
- Adapted cups are not available.
- Adapted cutlery is not available.
- Drinking straws are available on request.
- Background music is played throughout this area.
- There is not a hearing assistance system .

- There is a lowered section of the counter.

- There is not a clear knee recess beneath the lowered section of the counter.

Seating Area
- The seating area is located to the centre of the building.
- There is step-free access to the seating area.

- Tables are not permanently fixed to the floor.
- The distance between the floor and the underside of the lowest table is 71cm.

- There is flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
