- Opening times are 07:00 - 15:00 Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 Saturday, and 09:00 - 17:00 Sunday.
- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available on request from the main building.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.

- Costa is located to the right of the services building as you enter via the car park entrance.
- There is step-free access to Costa.
- The entrance area is clearly signed.
- There is a dark mat or floor marking at this entrance area which may look like a hole to some people.

Service and Menus

- There is a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Orders are placed at the tills at the centre of the counter and collected at the right and left hand sides of the counter.
On the right as you enter Costa there are self service touchscreen ordering points.
Orders are called out when ready. - Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; menu boards and picture wall menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is hot and cold snacks.
- Takeaway cups are available.
- Adapted cups are not available.
- Adapted cutlery is not available.
- Drinking straws are available on request.
- Background music is played throughout this area.
- There is not a hearing assistance system .
- There is a/are hand sanitiser(s) in this area.
- The height of the hand sanitiser(s) is/are 126cm.

Self-Service Touchscreens

- Self-service touchscreens are available for ordering.
- The touchscreens are 85cm to 170cm from the floor.
- The lowest height of the touchscreen card machines is 65cm.
- The touchscreens do not have tent cards which you can use to get food and drink delivered to tables.

- There is a lowered section of the counter.
- The height of the lowered section at the counter is 79cm.
- There is not a clear knee recess beneath the lowered section of the counter.
- There are windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors at/behind the counter.
- The counter is not placed in front of a plain background.
- There is a moveable card machine available for payment.

- There is step-free access throughout.
- There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
- The majority of tables are accessible to wheelchair users.
- In this area there are coffee tables, tables, armchairs, bench seats, stools and chairs without armrests available.
- Some chairs are fixed to the floor.
- Tables are not permanently fixed to the floor.
- The height between the floor and the underside of the lowest table is 65cm.
- The distance between the floor and the underside of the highest table is 73cm.
- The standard height for the underside of tables is 72cm.
- The surface height of the highest table is 112cm.
- The surface height of the tables is 75cm.
- There is flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
