Service and Menus

- There is a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Orders are placed at the tills either side of or at the centre of the counter.
Customers are given a hand held device which will notify them when their order is ready. Customers can take a seat to wait for their order. - Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; picture wall menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is hot and cold meals and snacks.
- Takeaway cups are available.

Seating Area
- The seating area is located to the centre of the building.
- There is step-free access to the seating area.
- There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
- In this area there are sofas, tables, bench seats and chairs without armrests available.
- Some chairs are fixed to the floor.
- Tables are not permanently fixed to the floor.
- The standard height for the underside of tables is 72cm.
- Music is played everywhere.
- There is flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
- There is some flooring which includes patterns or colours which could be confusing or look like steps or holes to some people.
