- Costa Coffee is open Monday to Thursday 06:00-19:00, Friday 06:00-20:00, Saturday and Sunday 07:00-20:00.
- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
- British Sign Language interpreters cannot be provided on request.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available on request from the main building.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.

- There is a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Customers order and pay to the left of the counter, then continue to collect their order to the right of the counter.
- Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; picture wall menus and written wall menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is hot and cold drinks and snacks.
- Takeaway cups are available.
- Adapted cups are not available.
- Adapted cutlery is not available.
- Drinking straws are available on request.
- Background music is played throughout this area.

- The majority of tables are accessible to wheelchair users.
- In this area there are tables, long tables, armchairs, bench seats, chairs with armrests and chairs without armrests available.
- Some chairs are fixed to the floor.
- Tables are not permanently fixed to the floor.
- The height between the floor and the underside of the lowest table is 73cm.
- The distance between the floor and the underside of the highest table is 76cm.
- There is some flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
