- Costa Coffee is open Monday to Thursday 06:00-18:00, Friday 06:00-20:00, Saturday 06:00-19:00 and Sunday 07:00-19:00.
- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.

- Costa is located on the left as you enter the services building from the main entrance.
- There is step-free access to Costa.

Service and Menus

- There is a food and drink ordering touchscreen, a counter where food and drink can be ordered, table service (on request only) and full table service available via online app.
- Customers can either order using the touchscreens to the right as you enter the Costa area, or in-person at the left-hand side of the counter, and then proceed to collect their order to the right of the counter.
Alternatively, customers can order via the Costa mobile app, and collect from the same place. - Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; written wall menus, picture wall menus, menu boards and online menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is hot and cold snacks.
- Takeaway cups are available.
- Adapted cups are not available.
- Adapted cutlery is not available.
- Drinking straws are available.
- Background music is played throughout this area.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.
- There is not a portable card machine available for payment.

Self-Service Touchscreens

- Self-service touchscreens are available for ordering.
- The touchscreens are 108cm to 167cm from the floor.
- The lowest height of the touchscreen card machines is 90cm.
- The touchscreens do not have tent cards which you can use to get food and drink delivered to tables.

- The height of the counter is 102cm.
- There is not a lowered section of the counter.
- There are windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors at/behind the counter.
- The counter is not placed in front of a plain background.
- There is a moveable card machine available for payment.

Seating Area

- There is step-free access throughout.
- There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
- The majority of tables are accessible to wheelchair users.
- In this area there are coffee tables, tables, bench seats and chairs without armrests available.
- Some chairs are fixed to the floor.
- Tables are not permanently fixed to the floor.
- The standard height for the underside of tables is 71cm.
- The surface height of the lowest table is 49cm.
- There is some flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
- The lighting levels are moderate to good.
