Service and Menus

- There is a food and drink ordering touchscreen, a counter where food and drink can be ordered, table service (on request only) and full table service available via online app.
- Customers have the option to order via the McDonald's mobile app, use the self-service touchscreens, or go to the counter.
You will then receive a receipt with your order number.
Your order will be called at the collection counter and will show up on a screen above the counter. - Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; written wall menus, picture wall menus, menu boards and online menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
