Service and Menus

- There is a counter where food and drink can be ordered and a self service counter.
- Customers order food and drink at the service counter.
A member of staff will advise you when your order is ready. - Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; written wall menus and picture wall menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is breakfast muffins, burgers and meal boxes.
- Takeaway cups are available.
- Adapted cups are not available.
- Adapted cutlery is not available.
- Drinking straws are available on request.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.

Self-Service Touchscreens

- Self-service touchscreens are available for ordering.
- The touchscreens are 90cm to 142cm from the floor.
- The lowest height of the touchscreen card machines is 110cm.
- The touchscreens do not have tent cards which you can use to get food and drink delivered to tables.

- There are windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors at/behind the counter.

- There is a moveable card machine available for payment.

Seating Area

- There is step-free access throughout.
- There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
- The majority of tables are accessible to wheelchair users.
- In this area there are tables, high tables, bench seats, high stools and chairs without armrests available.
- Some chairs are fixed to the floor.
- Some tables are fixed to the floor.
- The height between the floor and the underside of the lowest table is 70cm.
- The distance between the floor and the underside of the highest table is 101cm.
- The standard height for the underside of tables is 70cm.
- The surface height of the tables is 75cm.
- There is some flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
- The lighting levels are moderate to good.
Seating Area (Additional Outside Seating)
- The seating area is located externally, between Costa and Leon.
- There is step-free access to the seating area.
- There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
- In this area there are picnic tables with fixed seating available.
- All chairs are fixed to tables.
- The standard height for the underside of tables is 65cm.
- The surface height of the tables is 68cm.
- This area is accessed from within the services via a door.
The door leading to the outdoor seating area is 100cm wide.
The door opens outwards by a push bar and is for exit only.
Re-entry to the services is by the main entrance, or if the exit door is permanently held open in good weather conditions.
