Service and Menus
View
- There is a food and drink ordering touchscreen, a counter where food and drink can be ordered and a touchscreen ordering service available.
- Customers order food and drink from either the service counter or the touchscreens.
If customers order from the counter staff inform them when their order is ready.
If customers order from the touchscreen their order number is displayed on the screen and staff inform them when each order is ready. - Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; menu boards and online menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is fast food.
- Takeaway cups are available.
- Adapted cups are not available.
- Adapted cutlery is not available.
- Drinking straws are available.
- There is not a hearing assistance system .

Self-Service Touchscreens

- Self-service touchscreens are available for ordering.
- The touchscreens are 110cm to 114cm from the floor.
- There is a button which will condense the screen content.
- The height of the button is 116cm from the floor.
- Once condensed the touchscreen heights are 116cm to 140cm from the floor.
- The lowest height of the touchscreen card machines is 96cm.
- The touchscreens have tent cards which you can use to get food and drink delivered to tables.
- The height of the tent card rack is 136cm from the floor.

Service Counter

- The height of the counter is 86cm.
- There is not a lowered section of the counter.
- There are windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors at/behind the counter.
- The counter is not placed in front of a plain background.
- There is a moveable card machine available for payment.

Seating Area

- There is step-free access throughout.
- There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
- The majority of tables are accessible to wheelchair users.
- In this area there are tables, bench seats and chairs without armrests available.
- Some chairs are fixed to the floor and each other.
- Tables are not permanently fixed to the floor.
- The height between the floor and the underside of the lowest table is 74cm.
- The distance between the floor and the underside of the highest table is 76cm.
- The standard height for the underside of tables is 74cm.
- There is some flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
- The lighting levels are good.
