Service and Menus
View
- There is a food and drink ordering touchscreen and a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Customers order food from either the counter or from the self-service touchscreen.
If the orders are placed at the counter a member of staff will inform the customer when its ready.
If the touchscreen is used, a television screen will indicate when the order is ready to collect and a member of staff will announce when an order number is ready. - Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; written wall menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- The type of food served here is fast food.
- Plastic/takeaway cups are available.
- Adapted cups are not available.

Self-Service Touchscreens

- Self-service touchscreens are available for ordering.
- The touchscreens are 110cm to 170cm from the floor.
- There is a button which will condense the screen content.
- The height of the button is 110cm from the floor.
- Once condensed the touchscreen heights are 110cm to 130cm from the floor.
- The lowest height of the touchscreen card machines is 90cm.
- The touchscreens do not have tent cards which you can use to get food and drink delivered to tables.

- The height of the counter is 110cm.
- There is not a lowered section of the counter.
- There are windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors at/behind the counter.
- The counter is not placed in front of a plain background.
- There is a moveable card machine available for payment.
- The lighting levels are moderate to good.
- The food collection counter is 85cm high.
Seating Area
- The seating area is located at the rear of the services.
- There is step-free access to the seating area.
- There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
- In this area there are high stools, coffee tables, high tables, tables and chairs without armrests available.

- Some chairs are fixed to the floor and each other.
