Getting To (Adult Day Surgery Unit)

  • The most accessible route from the Craven Road Multi-Storey Car Park - Levels 0-3 has step-free level access and bollards.

  • Access to the Adult Day Surgery Unit is via the Level 2 Main Entrance - Craven Road Multi-Storey Car Park.

  • The Adult Day Surgery Unit is located on level 3 of South Block.
  • The Adult Day Surgery Unit is approximately 122m from the Centre Block - Lifts 25 and 26.
  • Enter via the Level 2 Main Entrance - Craven Road Multi-Storey Car Park and proceed straight ahead towards the main hospital reception.
  • Turn right down the corridor and down the slight slope.
  • Continue past the café and down to the double doors which open out into an open foyer.
  • Take the second set of doors on the left into the lift lobby.
  • Take a lift up to level 3.
  • As you exit the lift, turn right and follow the corridor into the South Block.
  • The entrance to the Adult Day Surgery Unit is on the left hand side.
  • Internally the most accessible route has a lift, a slight ramp or slope and doors permanently held open.
  • Some flooring along the route is shiny and patterned.
  • There are resting areas along the route.
  • Wayfinding signage is provided.
  • Signage is clearly visible with high contrasting colours.

Parking (Craven Road Multi-Storey Car Park - Levels 0-3)

  • Car Park View
    • The car park is located on Craven Road.
    • The car park is multi-storey.
    • The car park surface consists of concrete.
    • The height of the restriction barrier is 220cm.
    • There are 15+ designated Blue Badge parking bays available.
    • The Blue Badge bays are clearly marked and signposted.
