Getting To (Greenlands Pre-op Assessment)
- The most accessible route from the Craven Road Multi-Storey Car Park - Levels 0-3 has step-free level access and bollards.

- Access to Greenlands Pre-op Assessment is via the Level 2 Main Entrance - Craven Road Multi-Storey Car Park.
- There is a drop-off point at this entrance.

- Greenlands Pre-op Assessment is located on level 4 of the Eye Block.
- Greenlands Pre-op Assessment is approximately 5m from the Eye Block lifts.
- Enter via the Level 2 Main Entrance - Craven Road Multi-Storey Car Park and proceed straight ahead towards the main hospital reception.
- Turn right down the corridor and down the slight slope.
- Continue past the café and down to the double doors which open out into an open foyer.
- Follow the corridor ahead down a slight ramp into the Eye Block.
- Take a lift up to level 4.
- As you exit the lift, the entrance to Greenlands Pre-op Assessment is on the right hand side.
- Internally the most accessible route has a lift, slight ramps or slopes and doors permanently held open.
- Some flooring along the route is shiny and patterned.
- There are resting areas along the route.
- Wayfinding signage is provided.
- Signage is clearly visible with high contrasting colours.
- The following toilet facilities are available along the route; a toilet with adaptations (with right hand transfer) and standard toilets.
