- The River Rooms is the classroom/meeting room facility at the yacht club.
- The venue can be hired for private events and, along with the clubhouse, is licensed to hold civil weddings and other ceremonies.
- At the time of the survey (July 2016) the function rooms are used on Sunday lunchtimes for the Galley Pop-up Restaurant.
- The function rooms are at first floor level, which is the level of Peartree Way.
- The changing rooms and accessible toilet are on the ground floor, at the level of the boatyard. .
- The accessible route between the function rooms and the boatyard involves leaving via the gate on Peartree Way and travelling along Peartree Way to the pedestrian gate next to the vehicle entrance gate.
