- Windsor Guildhall comprises the Windsor and Royal Borough Museum and the Guildhall Rooms, including the main Council Chamber, the Ascot Room and the Mayor's Parlour.
- The Ascot Room is of particular historic interest as it is the room where Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla were married in 2005.
- Services available in the venue include: guided tours of the Windsor Guildhall.

Getting Inside
- The approach to the building is along the High Street which is a mixture of cobble stones and stone tiles, with some uneven surfaces.

- The single museum entrance has an automatic door.
- There are also two events entrances with manual doors.
- The museum entrance is signed MUSEUM & INFORMATION CENTRE.
- The events entrance to the right of the museum entrance is signed MAYOR'S PARLOUR.
- The events entrance to the right-hand side of the building is not named or signed.
- The museum entrance provides step-free level access to the information desk and museum via a short slope with steep gradient.
- The events entrances provide access to an events assembly area, from which there is only further stepped access to other areas within the building.
