- There are 2 entrances into the gift shop. There is an entrance facing the river, and a side entrance to the left of the building when facing away from the river. There is a boat tickets kiosk window to the right of the entrance facing the river. The counter is 116cm above the ground. The entrance facing the river has a short ramp at the threshold of the doorway which may present a trip hazard. Boat tickets may also be purchased in the gift shop. The gift shop counter is 92cm above the floor. There is a portable ramp with handrails on both sides available for access onto and into the boats. The portable ramp has a steep incline. The portable ramp overcomes otherwise deep steps onto and into the boats.
