Location of Room(s)
- FRA B03 is located to the left of the main lift, in the basement of the Frayling Building.

Lift
- The lift is located in the basement of the Frayling Building, to the left of the lift.
- The lift was out of use at the time of the survey.
- Signs indicating the location of the lift are not available from the entrance.
- The lift is approximately 3m (3yd 10in) from the main lift.
- The lift is a platform lift.
- A member of staff needs to be notified for use of the lift.
- The platform lift accesses a small level change.
- The weight limit for the lift is 230kg.
- There is not a clear level manoeuvring space of 150cm × 150cm in front of the lift.
- The external controls for the lift are within 90cm - 110cm from the floor.

Lecture Theatre(s)
- Signage for the lecture theatre(s) is not available in upper and lower case lettering that is clearly visible on or near the door.
- The corridor outside the lecture theatre(s) is sufficiently wide enough (150cm+) to allow wheelchair users to pass.
- There is step free access into the lecture theatre(s) from the corridor.
- There is/are 6 medium height (11cm - 17cm) step(s) for access to the lecture theatre(s).
- The step(s) is not/are not clearly marked and has/have a handrail on the left leading in.
