Viewpoint Trail

  • The following is available in this area: open countryside and woodland.
  • Outdoor areas consist of bonded gravel, shingle, concrete or tarmac and cobbled surfaces.
  • There are footpaths throughout.
  • The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
  • There is step-free level access throughout all areas.
  • There are some seats situated along the paths for people to rest.
  • The paths have uneven surfaces.

Outdoor Spaces (Airey Woodland Trail)

  • The following is available in this area: woodland and open countryside.
  • Outdoor areas consist of concrete or tarmac, loose chippings, compact earth and shingle.
  • There are footpaths throughout.
  • The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
  • There is step-free level access throughout the majority of areas.
  • The following areas have step-free access via ramps or slopes: along the trail, with some support handrails.
  • There are some seats situated along the paths for people to rest.
  • The paths have uneven surfaces.

Outdoor Spaces (Lomond Trail)

  • The following is available in this area: woodland and open countryside.
  • Outdoor areas consist of concrete or tarmac, compact earth, loose stones and decking.

  • There is step-free level access throughout the majority of areas.
  • The following areas have step-free access via ramps or slopes: some areas along the trail.
  • The following areas have stepped access: down to the beach areas.
  • There are some seats situated along the paths for people to rest.
  • The paths have gates, narrow gaps and uneven surfaces.

Seating Area (Picnic Areas)

  • Location and Access View
    • There are several picnic areas; the pond, meadow oak and shelter picnic areas.
    • The most accessible route has steep ramps or slopes and uneven surfaces.

    • The seating area is uncovered.
    • There is step-free level access throughout the seating area, this may include the use of a lift.
