Access Point (Nature Reserve)
- This access point is located at the rear of the shop.
- The access point is not clearly signed.
- There is step-free level access.
- There is a single manual door.
- The door has a locked extension leaf.
- The locked extension leaf can be opened on request .
- The door opens away from you.
- The width of the opening is 84cm.
- There is a small lip on the threshold of the opening.
- The door has a low visual contrast.

Outdoor Spaces (Nature Trails)
- The following is available in this area: woodland and open countryside.
- Additional facilities in this area include: a wetland area.
- The following is available in this area: the East Trail, Fen Trail, Meadow Trail and Autumn Trail North, Parrinder hide, South Parrinder hide, Island Hide and Fen Hide and Lavender and Thornham pools. The Meadow Trail has platforms for pond dipping.
- Outdoor areas consist of loose chippings, bonded gravel, compact earth, loose stones and decking.
- There are footpaths throughout.
- There is step-free level access throughout the majority of areas.
- The following areas have step-free access via ramps or slopes: some areas of the trails and hides have varying degrees of slopes to navigate.

Access To (Fen Hide)

- The most accessible route has slight ramps or slopes.
- There is written text signage on or near the entrance.
- There is step-free level access into the hide.
- There is a single manual door which opens away from you.
- The width of the opening is 88cm.
- The door has a low visual contrast.
Room (Fen Hide)
- The room is located along the Fen Trail.
- There is step-free level access throughout the room.
- There is room for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre (150cm x 150cm).
- There is space for an assistance dog to rest.
- The walls and floor have a high visual contrast.
- Seating available in the room includes: benches and stools.
- Furniture available in the room includes: long tables.
- All tables and some seating is fixed.
- The surface heights are not suitable for wheelchair users.
- The clear underside space of the surfaces is suitable for wheelchair users.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.
- There is no (or very little) background noise in this room.
