Access Guide
Introduction
- The Sensory Room is located on Level 3 of the Itchen Stand Hospitality building.
- The Sensory Room provides a calming environment for fans of all ages with sensory differences, or who may find the stadium environment challenging.
- The facility is a great opportunity for new supporters and families who might otherwise have felt unable to attend their first match.
- Any fans who feel they can benefit from the Sensory Room are encouraged to contact our Supporter Relations team on 02380 711 980 or email; [email protected]
- Places in the Sensory Room will be available for all first-team fixtures and are subject to availability. Proof of eligibility, in the form of a letter from a doctor/consultant or similar, may be required.
- There is space in the Sensory Room for two families.
- The club can provide a pre-match walk through of the route to the Sensory Room if required, please contact the club for more information.

Getting Help and Assistance
- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
- Club staff receive disability awareness/equality training.
- Stewards receive disability awareness/equality training.
- Hospitality staff receive disability awareness/equality training.
- Food and drink concession staff do receive disability awareness/equality training.
- Car parking attendants do receive disability awareness/equality training.
- Stewards, hospitality staff, food and drink concession staff and car park attendants receive deaf awareness training.
- There is not a member of staff trained in British Sign Language.
- British Sign Language interpreters can be provided on request.

By Road

- St Mary's Stadium is located just outside Southampton City Centre, off Marine Parade and Britannia Road.
Southampton Football Club advise fans not to travel by car into the surrounding areas of Southampton, this is due to parking restrictions operating on a matchday. Public transport is advised where possible.
A designated drop-off and pick-up area is available for Blue Badge holders outside the Main Reception area, adjacent to the Ted Bates statue. - There are two car parks located at the stadium; the North Car Park and the South Car Park.
In total there are 76 designated parking bays for disabled supporters. These parking bays are allocated on a seasonal basis, for more information please contact the Supporter Relations Team on 02380 711 980 or email [email protected]
The club also offers parking at several off site car parks including; Wilmoths Citroen Garage, CEMEX Marine, Trimline, St Marys Church of England School, Solent University and Royal Hants Hospital.
