Parking Near St Christophers Place

  • Public Parking View
    • On-street designated Blue Badge parking and standard parking is available.
    • The on-street designated Blue Badge parking bays are located Barrett Street, Duke Street and Marylebone Lane.
    • The Blue Badge bays are clearly marked and signposted.
    • The dimensions of the on-street Blue Badge parking bays vary in size.
    • Parking is free for Blue Badge holders.
    • Free parking for Blue Badge holders is for 4 hours only.
    • The on-street standard parking bays are located on Barrett Street, Duke Street, Marylebone Lane, Picton Place, Stratford Place, Wigmore Street and Gilbert Street on the other side of Oxford Street.
    • All of the parking bays are limited to a maximum of 4 hours, Monday - Saturday 08:30 - 18:30. The standard parking bays are pay-to-park via phone. The standard parking bays are not free for Blue Badge holders.
    • Parking in the area is very limited, and visitors are encouraged to use public transport.

    • There is not a lowered section at the counter.
    • The card payment machine is at a height of 108cm.
    • The payment machine is portable.
    • There is not a hearing assistance system.

Standard Fitting Room (Ground Floor)

  • The fitting room surveyed is located on the ground floor, to rear left side of the shop.
  • The fitting room surveyed is for any gender.
  • The distance from the shop entrance is 15m.
  • The most accessible route to the fitting room has a steep ramp or slope.
  • There is step-free level access into the fitting room.
  • There is a curtain opening to access the fitting room.
  • The width of the opening is 116cm.
  • The following is available in the fitting room: a stool, a mirror and a coat hook.
  • Lighting levels were even at the time of the survey, with unshaded light sources.

Stairs

  • The stairs are located immediately ahead as you enter the shop.
  • The basement, ground and first floors of the shop can be accessed by these stairs.
  • There is a handrail that switches sides.
  • The handrail is easy to grip.
  • The handrail covers the flight of stairs throughout its length.
  • The handrail does not extend horizontally beyond the first and last step.
  • The steps are unmarked.
  • The height of the steps is not between 15cm and 18cm.
  • The height of the highest step is 19cm.
  • The depth of the steps is between 30cm-45cm.
