Parking and Public Transport

- The venue does not have its own car park.
- There is on-street Blue Badge Bay parking and on-street standard parking.

- Access throughout may include uneven surfaces and doors permanently held open.

- There are no toilet facilities.
- There are standard and adapted toilets in the Market Buildings.
Entrance
- This entrance is located on Market Place.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance.
- There are double manual doors at this entrance.
- The doors open towards you.
- The width of the opening is 192cm.
- There is a second set of double manual doors, however one door is locked.
- The second door is permanently held open.
- The width of the opening is 101cm.
- There is step-free access via a very easy slope as you enter.
Seating Area (Foyer)
- The seating area is located to the right after the main entrance.
- The most accessible route to the seating area has step-free level access and uneven surfaces.
- There is step-free level access throughout the seating area.
- There is some room for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre (150cm x 150cm).
- There is space for an assistance dog to rest.
- Seating available in this area includes: benches.
- Furniture available in this area includes: tables.
- There is background noise in this area which varies depending on the time of day.

- The counter surveyed was on the left side of the information centre.
- The height of the payment counter is 110cm.
- There is a lowered section at the counter.
- The height of the lowered section is 76cm.
- The card payment machine is portable.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.
Entrance (Market Entrance)
- This entrance is located on the market side of the building.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance.
- There are double manual doors at this entrance, however one door is locked.
- The door opens towards you.
