Getting Around

    • The counter has windows and patterned/distracting backgrounds.
  • Seating Area View
    • The seating area is uncovered.
    • There is step-free level access throughout the majority of areas.
    • The following areas have stepped access: some of the seating in the outdoor seating area.
    • There is not room for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre (150cm x 150cm).
    • There is space for an assistance dog to rest.
    • Some flooring is shiny.

  • The steps are unmarked and have no handrails.
  • The height of the steps is not between 15cm and 18cm.
  • The height of the highest step is 21cm.
  • The depth of the steps is between 30cm and 45cm.

Standard Bedroom and Ensuite (The Flock)

  • Bedroom Access View
    • The bedroom surveyed is located on the first floor, ahead at the top of the stairs.
    • The distance from the top of the stairs is 3m.
    • The most accessible route to the bedroom has steps, manual doors, narrow walkways and narrow openings.
    • There is step-free level access into the bedroom.
    • There is written text signage on or near the door.
    • The door opens inwards and has a medium visual contrast.
    • The width of the door opening is 61cm.
  • Bedroom Features View
    • The bedroom has a double bed.
    • The top of the mattress is 62cm from the floor.
