Getting Help and Assistance
- There is not a member of staff trained in British Sign Language. Please phone the venue in advance for more information
- There is not an assistance dog toilet or toileting area at the venue/nearby.
- The venue does not offer a quiet shopping experience.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available.
- Worcester Shop mobility is located on Level 6 of the car park, the shop mobility has its own blue badge parking. The shop mobility was undergoing a refurbishment at the time of the survey,.

Getting Here
- The Crowngate Shopping Centre is located in the centre of Worcester, The car park is located off All Saint's Road. The postcode for the car park is WR1 3LZ.
- The multi storey car park has 6 levels. There are Blue Badge parking bays on Level 2 and Level 6, the Blue Badge parking bays on Level 6 are for shop mobility customers. There are 16 accessible parking bays on floor 2, marked with a large white A, which are intended for use by people who require a little extra space when getting in and out of their vehicles. If you do have a Blue Badge, then continue to display it when you use these accessible bays in the same way that you would do with a standard disabled parking bay.
- There is a bus stop within 150 metres of the shopping centre.
- The bus station has 15 stands. The bus companies operating within this station are First UK Bus Services and National Express. There is access to level 2 of the shopping centre via stairs, escalators or lift.
