Getting Help and Assistance

Getting Here

  • The Crowngate Shopping Centre is located in the centre of Worcester, The car park is located off All Saint's Road. The postcode for the car park is WR1 3LZ.
  • The multi storey car park has 6 levels. There are Blue Badge parking bays on Level 2 and Level 6, the Blue Badge parking bays on Level 6 are for shop mobility customers. There are 16 accessible parking bays on floor 2, marked with a large white A, which are intended for use by people who require a little extra space when getting in and out of their vehicles. If you do have a Blue Badge, then continue to display it when you use these accessible bays in the same way that you would do with a standard disabled parking bay.
  • There is a bus stop within 150 metres of the shopping centre.
  • The bus station has 15 stands. The bus companies operating within this station are First UK Bus Services and National Express. There is access to level 2 of the shopping centre via stairs, escalators or lift.
