Access Guide
Access To (Bedser Stand - Lower Seating / JM Finn Stand - Lower Tier Designated Viewing Area)
- The Bedser Stand is located on the south side of the ground, and the JM Finn Stand Blocks 1 to 12 are located on the west side of the ground.

- The most accessible route has step-free access via a slope.
- The slope has a slight gradient.
Designated Viewing Area (Pitch Side)
- The designated viewing area surveyed is located at the front of the stand.
- There is step-free level access to the designated viewing area.
- The designated viewing area is clearly signed.
- There are 10+ designated spaces for wheelchair users.
- The view from this area is clear from obstructions.
- Companions sit next to you.
- There is a steward available for assistance.
- There is space for an assistance dog to rest.
- Seating available in this area includes: flip down seats without armrests.
- There is a toilet with adaptations close to the designated viewing area (within approximately 50m).
Access To (Spectator Seating Area)
- The JM Finn Stand Blocks 1 to 12 are located on the west side of the ground.

- There are 12 steps.
- There are handrails on both sides, which are within reach.
- The handrails are easy to grip.
- The handrails cover the flight of stairs throughout its length.
- The handrails do not extend horizontally beyond the first and last step.

- The height of the steps is between 15cm and 18cm.
- The height of the highest step is 17cm.
- The depth of the steps is between 30cm-45cm.

Spectator Seating Area
