Car Park Information

  • The north car parks include N1, N1A, N1B, N2, N3, N4, N5, N6, N8, N9, N10, N11 and N12.
  • The car parks are located off Pendigo Way.
  • There are parking charges.
  • If parking fees are applicable on event days, then there will also be a fee for the Blue Badge parking.
  • Parking can either be pre-booked or paid on the day.

Toilet and Changing Facilities

  • Toilet Facilities View
    • There are 2 toilets with adaptations.
    • The toilets with adaptations are located in car parks N11 and N4.
    • The transfer space varies between toilets with adaptations.
    • Female and male step-free standard toilet facilities are located in car parks N11 and N4.

Parking (N1, N1a, N1b, N2, N3, N4, N5, N6, N8, N9, N10, N11 and N12)

  • Car Park View
    • The car park is located to the north side of the NEC site.
    • The car park is open air/surface.
    • The car park surface consists of tarmac.
    • There are no designated Blue Badge parking bays available.
  • Charges and Restrictions View
    • Parking is not free for all users, including Blue Badge holders.
    • Payment machines are located inside the main building.
    • There is a payment machine with controls at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
    • There is a level manoeuvring space for a wheelchair user in front of the payment machine (185cm x 210cm).

  • Electric Vehicle Charging Points View
    • There are no electric vehicle charging points designated for Blue Badge holders.
    • There are 2 electric vehicle charging points.
    • The dimensions of the surveyed electric vehicle charging bay are 230cm (width) x 480cm (depth).
    • The controls are at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.

  • Dimensions and Features View
    • The dimensions of the cubicle are 145cm (width) x 198cm (depth).
    • There is not room for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre.
    • There is a lateral transfer space to the right as you face the toilet, however it is obstructed.
    • The lateral transfer space is 70cm (from the side of the toilet pan).
    • There is a lever flush for the toilet.
    • The flush is on the transfer side.
    • There is a horizontal grab rail on the non-transfer side.

  • Please follow the finger post signage to the halls.

Shuttle Bus Service

  • There is a shuttle bus service from the North Car Parks to the Atrium and Piazza.
  • Buses usually run from one hour before the show opens to one hour after the closing time.
  • Please check the electronic signage at the bus stops for live information.
  • There are wheelchair accessible kneeling buses available.
  • The shuttle bus stops are located at Car Parks N1, N3, N4 and N11.
