- The west car park is located off Bickenhill Lane.
- This car park is only used for selected events and is not suitable for Blue Badge holders.
- There are parking charges.
- Parking can either be pre-booked or pay on the day.

- The car park is located to the west of the NEC site.
- The car park is open air/surface.
- The car park surface consists of tarmac.
- There are no designated Blue Badge parking bays available.

Charges and Restrictions

- Parking is not free for all users, including Blue Badge holders.
- Payment machines are located inside the venue.
- There is a payment machine with controls at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
- There is a level manoeuvring space for a wheelchair user in front of the payment machine (185cm x 210cm).

- Electric Vehicle charging points are not available.
Pedestrian Access
- There are pedestrian walkways leading from the west car park to Atrium and Piazza.
- The west car park is approximately 1.6km to the nearest Piazza entrance.
- The west car park is approximately 2.7km to nearest Atrium entrance.
- There is an underpass beneath the road.
- The walkway to the underpass crosses Bickenhill Lane and Perimeter Road. Caution is advised when crossing.
- There is also a footbridge that crosses the railway track.
- Follow the finger post signage to the halls.
