    • Access to the main hospital entrance is via dropped kerbs across the entrance to the car park and the main road to the hospital. The route may be difficult due to the payment booth shelter, dropped kerbs, slopes and bollards.

Car Park 15 to Upper Pavement

  • When exiting Car Park 15 follow the pedestrian walkway and you come to a drop down curb with tactile paving.
  • The drop down curb has a slight slope upwards.
  • When passing the tactile paving there is an uneven surface where new and old concrete paving has been joined (Photograph 4).

Upper Pavement to Urgent Emergency Care Centre Crossing Point

  • Follow the concrete pavement upwards which is on a slight slope.
  • The crossing point to the Urgent Emergency Care Centre is located on your left.

Urgent and Emergency Care Centre Crossing

  • The crossing point has a drop down curb with tactile paving.
  • There is a similar dropped kerb with tactile paving as you exit the crossing point.

Urgent and Emergency Care Centre Crossing to Urgent and Emergency Care Centre Entrance

  • From the exit of the crossing continue straight ahead to the entrance of the Urgent and Emergency Care Centre.
  • The ground is level from the crossing point to the entrance.
