Getting Inside
- The approach to the building is step-free via slight slopes.
- The Canopy Kitchen and Courtyard has one external entrance which provides step-free level access with manual doors.
It can also be accessed internally via level 1 of the Edinburgh Futures Institute which has its own entrance. - The external entrance is signed with the café name.

- There is step-free level access throughout the Canopy Kitchen and Courtyard.
- Floor surfaces along all circulation routes are hard and smooth, with some having a shiny finish.
- There are resting areas in the circulation areas with a mixture of seating.
- Wayfinding signage is limited within the building.

- This area has a counter where food and drink can be ordered and staff who can provide assistance with ordering.

- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- The following are available: drinking straws and takeaway cups.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.
