- The East Peffermill Pavilion is the lower floor of a two storey building, with a private dwelling on the first floor.
- There are no lifts or staircases within the pavilion building.
- The floors are unsigned.
- There is stepped access to the East Peffermill football stadium at the front of the pavilion, which can be bypassed by ramps via the car park.

Getting Inside
- The approach to the building is step-free via slight slopes.
- Access to the pavilion is via the central gate on the right from the car park and via the longer slight ramp on the left.
The ramp on the right is steep. - There are two accessible entrances to the building.
Both give step-free level access to the ground floor. - The entrances are signed as Players & Officials and Andrew Ross Tea Room.
- The right hand entrance gives access to the players and officials changing areas, toilet with adaptations, and shared ambulant toilet facilities.
The left hand entrance gives access to the Andrew Ross Tea Room. - There is stepped access into the First Aid Room and the male standard toilet facilities.
- There is an additional gate providing stepped access for residents only use.
There is an additional entrance that gives access to a private dwelling on the first floor.
Getting Around
- There is step-free access throughout the main building.
- Within the changing area showers there is an 15cm high upstand to part of the rooms.
- There is a narrow passageway less than 150cm wide to the home team changing room.
- Floor surfaces along all circulation routes are hard and smooth, with some having a shiny surface.
- Wall mounted wayfinding signage is provided throughout the building.
- There are manual doors off the corridors into the changing areas.
Toilet and Changing Facilities
- There is 1 toilet with adaptations.
- The toilet with adaptations is located on the right as you enter the Players & Officials area.
- All toilets with adaptations have a left hand transfer space.
- Ambulant toilet facilities are located on the right of the main corridor.
- The shared toilet facilities are located on the right of the main corridor for all visitors.
- The male toilet facilities are located externally on the right of the main entrance area for all visitors.
- The shared toilet facilities are located in the individual changing areas for players and officials only.
- Standard changing facilities are located in the Home and Away changing areas.
- Standard shower facilities are located in the Home and Away changing area, and in the officials' changing rooms.
- There is a 25cm step into the officials' changing room shower cubicles.
