- Well-being Room 317 is located on the third floor to the right as you exit the main foyer lifts, at the end of the right hand side corridor..
- There is step free access from the main entrance to Room 317.

Wellbeing Room
- There is a single door of width 77cm.
- The door is easy to open.
- The external door contrasts visually with the surroundings.
- The internal door contrasts visually with the surroundings.
- There is a twist lock on the door.
- The lighting levels are good.
- The there is a light switch of height 137cm next to the door.
- There is seating available.
- The seating consists of chairs with and without armrests.
- There is a coffee table of height 40cm.
- The flooring is carpet.
- The flooring is not reflective.
- The flooring does not have contrasting colours.
- There is no flashing red alarm beacon.
- The counsellor's desk is 73cm high.
